My work weaves together painting and illustration. Combining my love for drawing and painting with an interest in wellbeing, emotion, nature and the places that surround us.

Some illustrations explore the inner landscape of being human: our emotions, experiences, changes and connections.

Others are inspired by the outer landscapes: things we hold dear, favourite walks, local places and the familiar views that make somewhere feel like home.

Whatever the subject, I love creating illustrations that invite you to pause, notice and feel something.

I'm an illustrator and the person behind Embodied in Art.

I love exploring ideas through drawing and painting, particularly the things that make us human, the natural world around us and the places that become part of our stories.

My work is often inspired by wellbeing and emotional experience, but I'm equally happy drawing a landscape simply because I love the way it looks and the way it makes me feel.
