Thank you for supporting Embodied in Art by Jess.

All artwork is carefully prepared, packaged and dispatched from the UK.

Shipping Locations

Original artwork, art prints and subscription products are currently shipped within the United Kingdom only.

Journals and colouring books are printed and fulfilled separately through Amazon and may be available internationally depending on Amazon marketplace availability.

Original Artwork

Original paintings and drawings are carefully prepared prior to dispatch.

Please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for preparation, signing and packaging.
  • 2–5 business days for delivery following dispatch.

Where framing has been requested, additional preparation time may be required. You will receive confirmation once your artwork has been dispatched.

Open Edition Art Prints

All prints are produced to order.

Please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for production and dispatch.
  • 2–5 business days for delivery following dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch notification where available.

Monthly Subscription Deliveries

Subscription products are prepared and dispatched at the end or start of each month depending on Monthly Print Club product.

Please allow:

  • Up to 5 business days for dispatch following subscription processing.
  • 2–5 business days for delivery.

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a dispatch notification where available.

Shipping Options

Where available, customers may choose between:

  • Royal Mail Second Class (free)
  • Royal Mail First Class (additional charge)

Delivery estimates are provided by the postal service and cannot be guaranteed.

Delays

While every effort is made to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Postal service disruptions
  • Severe weather
  • Industrial action
  • Public holidays
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Embodied in Art by Jess is not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after dispatch, please contact:

I will work with you and the delivery provider to investigate the issue.

Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact embodiedinart.byjess@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs where possible.
