All content on this website, including but not limited to artwork, illustrations, paintings, prints, designs, photographs, journals, colouring books, music books, poetry books, workshop materials, written reflections, poems, logos, branding, graphics and website content, is the intellectual property of Embodied in Art by Jess unless otherwise stated.
All rights are reserved.
The purchase of original artwork, art prints, journals, colouring books, books, subscriptions, workshop places, or commissioned artwork does not transfer copyright ownership unless expressly agreed in writing.
Customers may not:
- Reproduce artwork in any format.
- Create copies of artwork or designs.
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from artwork.
- Use artwork for commercial purposes.
- Distribute workshop materials without permission.
- Republish books, written content, poems, reflections, or creative exercises without permission.
Original Artwork and Prints
Purchasing an original artwork or print grants ownership of the physical item only. Copyright and all reproduction rights remain with Embodied in Art by Jess.
Commissioned Artwork
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, copyright in all commissioned artwork remains with Embodied in Art by Jess.
Embodied in Art by Jess reserves the right to photograph, display, reproduce and promote commissioned artwork for portfolio, marketing, website, social media, exhibition and promotional purposes unless a separate confidentiality agreement has been agreed in writing.
Personal Use
Customers are welcome to share photographs of purchased artwork on personal social media accounts provided that appropriate credit is given to Embodied in Art by Jess and the artwork is not altered or used for commercial purposes.
Requests for Licensing
Any requests to reproduce, publish, licence, display, or commercially use artwork or written content should be submitted in writing via the Contact page.
Unauthorised use of copyrighted material may result in legal action.
