Rooted in personal experience and creative therapeutic principles, this book was created to hold space for grief. Whether you are navigating recent loss or returning to feelings held over time, this book offers a compassionate companion to support you in processing, expressing and reconnecting with yourself.
This edition includes hand-drawn colouring pages of the heart space, created to support connection to your body and the emotions we hold within. If you feel more drawn to exploring emotional expression in a different way, an alternative version of this journal is also available, featuring a different style of artwork. Size: Colouring books are paperback editions, as one size. They offer a flexible, creative formats with extra space for drawing, journaling, and expression.
Format: Colouring books include two formats. One includes colouring pages of the female form, the other, colouring pages of the heart space. Both offer opportunity to connect with your heart, mind and body in a way that is right for you.
What's the difference between Journals and Colouring Books?
While both journals and colouring books encourage creativity and self-expression, they serve different purposes within your wellbeing journey.
The guided journals offer a deeper exploration of each emotional theme. They include structured chapters, reflective writing prompts, creative exercises, poetry, and integrated colouring pages. Creating a more immersive and introspective experience.
Colouring books, in contrast, provide a lighter introduction to these themes through curated illustrations and simple creative prompts. They are designed for relaxation and mindful creativity, while journals focus more on emotional reflection, personal insight and guided self-discovery.

Can this support different ages?
The journals and colouring books are suitable for adults and young adults (late teens/early 20s). It is recommended to use the colouring book for emotional expression (heart space), for young adults.
